| Viking Town
When vikings came back to the towns from long jorneys they would bring
back food,wine,slaves and animals. From monistryes they would bring back
books and gold and silver. Their were lots of merchents in the markets
Their was lots of tools and furs for sale

| Viking Houses & Homes.
The vikings called their houses longhouses. The homes were made of stone and turf and they had thatched roofs, which were made of straw and reeds. The Vikings lived, slept and ate in one big room there was a stone hearth center. If the room was big enough there would be a table in the center. The smoke from the hearth would go out threw a gap in the roof or a doorway. Their valuables were kept in a chest. By Keith Kerrigan.
